Return and refund policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For customers within the EU, this policy respects your right of withdrawal within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
